  At DALLOZ CREATIONS, the art of optical injection is a crucial step in our manufacturing process, where precision meets technology to shape exceptional sunlenses and screens.

To create lenses that offer perfect clarity and enhanced resistance, our injection machines shape premium materials to optical grade: Polycarbonate, ISCC PLUS-certified bio-circular Polycarbonate, ISCC PLUS-certified Copolyester (Cridal) and biobased polyamide 12 (“BioNylon”).

   After injection, our lenses are varnished. This sophisticated process not only improves durability and scratch resistance, it also enhances optical performance. In this way, DALLOZ CREATIONS ensures that every lens or screen leaving its production line, is synonymous with quality and performance, ready to deliver a superior visual experience.
